How the Google Assistant and the GOSund Light Bulb Can Improve Your Home Alarm System

How would you like to have a smart light strip instead of a traditional ceiling light? You don’t have to just replace your entire ceiling with a smart light strip. Instead you can add a smart sensor light to any room that needs it. With this simple and easy-to-use addition, you can transform your space.

Imagine walking into the kitchen or dining room after a hard day of work and stepping on a smart light strip. It will detect the light coming in and turn on. The strip then illuminates whatever is in front of it. If your legs are glass covered, your smart light strip will turn on your leg cover. It is that simple.

Since the light is turned on by your movement, it acts as a motion detector. If you lean over to pick up something the sensor will recognize it and turn on. If you need to make another phone call, you simply touch the sensor and the device will call you by itself. The point of the WiFi controller is for it to allow multiple smart light strips connected devices to act together.

The Google Assistant is another feature of the WiFi-connected strip. You can use the Android or IOS app of your choice to set up the device and place them around the home. Once you do this, you can program each light strip to perform specific tasks. You can call or text the home app, switch the LED on/off, and adjust the brightness.

In order to make sure that each light strip has the same function, the WiFi controller allows you to enter a pass code before turning each light strip on/off. For example, if you enter “00bbcde” as the pass code, this will make the light strip turn on every time someone enters this number. If you have multiple smart light strips, you can make one app command several lights on/off with the same code.

There are other types of sound smart plugs available but they don’t have the same functionality. The biggest issue with these is that you either need to carry around the box (which is silly) or hook up the strips to an outlet. This can get rather complicated and doesn’t always work correctly. The good news is that the WiFi controller makes life much easier by making it very easy to program each individual smart plug for use.
