Julian Michaels (Bruce Willis) has designed the last word resort: VICE, the place something goes and the shoppers can play out their wildest fantasies with synthetic inhabitants who look, assume and really feel like people. When a synthetic (Ambyr Childers) turns into self-aware and escapes, she finds herself caught within the crossfire between Julian’s mercenaries and a cop (Thomas Jane) who’s hell-bent on shutting down Vice, and stopping the violence as soon as and for all.
