The 1776 Report

The 1776 Report is the official report of The President’s Advisory 1776 Fee. Submitted to the President and launched as a public doc on January 18, 2021, the report explains the core rules of the American founding and the way they’ve formed American historical past, considers the main challenges to those rules at house and overseas, and calls on all People to “restore our nationwide unity by rekindling a courageous and trustworthy love for our nation and by elevating new generations of residents who not solely know the self-evident truths of our founding, however act worthy of them.” This version options the unique textual content with the addition of notes and commentary by Chair Larry P.
