Momosuke, separated from the group, searches for the others when he’s all of the sudden attacked by rebels. Ogin finds him and advises he return to Edo. When she heads in one other route, Momosuke follows her as an alternative. Alongside the journey, Momosuke comes throughout a clan that has been cursed by spirits, inflicting horrible deaths. Mataichi simply could have a trick up his sleeve to take care of the atrocities on the fort.
