During their junior year of high school, Brady Jameson and Sarah Ashford crossed paths on a park bench one enchanting Christmas Eve. This chance meeting sparked a unique bond and blossoming friendship between them. They made a pact: should they both be single after college, they would reunite at the same bench on Christmas Eve to embark on their shared journey together.

Brady has faithfully kept his promise to Sarah over the years, despite her not showing up on Christmas Eve. Although their friends advise him to move on, Brady's heart belongs to Sarah, who he knows is not married. Every Christmas Eve, he sits on the bench, patiently waiting with two steaming cups of hot cocoa, as he promised Sarah.
