Clave (pronounced clah’ vay) is the rhythmic sample that varieties the idea of Latin music. Clave is phrased in what is named a 3⁄2 (ahead clave) or 2⁄3 (backward clave) really feel. Claves are the normal devices used to play clave and are comprised of two sticks which can be struck collectively to get a pointy, cracking sound.
