After removing the hose from the back of your Bissell unit, check for suction at the connection point. If suction is present, follow these steps: First, unplug the unit. Verify the Brush Roll is rotating; if not, examine for damage. Use a broomstick to clear any clogs in the Upper Hose. Check the lower hose for obstructions by removing it and looking through.
